Vetting Before Getting: Procuring Accessible Products and ServicesKelsey Hall, Ed.M., M.S., CCC-SLP is a certified Teacher of the Deaf (TOD), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), and Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist. Over the past 12 years, Kelsey has held a variety of roles in public education nationally and internationally with individuals from Pre-K through post-secondary. Kelsey was previously the IT Accessibility and Assistive Technology Coordinator at the Univ. of Massachusetts Amherst where she managed the Assistive Technology Center and provided campus-wide support in creating accessible educational materials, websites, and spaces. The Assistive Technology Center at UMass also provided training in the use of AT to support personalized learning and access to the curriculum for both the campus community and general public. Currently, Kelsey manages an accessibility team in the corporate environment. She continues to consult to K-12 and post-secondary, as well.

Kristina England is a Web Application Specialist and IT Accessibility Coordinator at University Information Technology Services in the UMass President's Office. Kristina co-established a Cross-Campus Accessibility Group with Matthew Mattingly at UMass Amherst and co-founded the UMass Accessibility Retreat with Kelsey Hall (previously from UMass Amherst). She is currently working with a taskforce of accessibility champions from across the University to implement University Administrative Standards on Accessibility. Kristina has received two Citations for Outstanding Performance in the team category from the Commonwealth. She also holds an MA in English from UMass in Boston.
